I'm Suzie Pugh, an experienced BACP Registered Counsellor, CBT Practitioner, Couples Counsellor, Psychotherapist, and Clinical Supervisor. I work mainly online, offering therapy across the UK and internationally. I also offer some availability for in-person therapy at my London office. I specialise in Attachment-focused therapy and Inner Child Work. I also support clients with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorders, eating disorders, Body Dysmorphic Disorder (body image issues), managing or surviving narcissistic relationships, and also their own relationship/communication issues.My approach is collaborative, curious, and tailored to your needs. Being an integrative therapist, we can explore the most appropriate therapy style for you. Each session focuses solely on you, including what you would like to talk about and at what pace. We can tailor your treatment plan to suit your unique needs, helping you overcome challenges and equipping you with practical, resourceful tools for the future.With a Person-Centred approach, I can also draw on evidence-based CBT techniques and attachment-focused therapy, helping you to understand patterns, manage emotions, and build stronger, healthier relationships.I also offer online attachment-informed couples therapy and include a detailed assessment to help tailor the work to your relationship.I am currently completing a Level 7 (Master's Level) Post-Graduate qualification in Attachment-Focused Psychotherapy, due for completion in June 2026.In addition to therapy, I offer online clinical supervision to counsellors, couples therapists, and psychotherapists. My supervision is warm, relational, and grounded in attachment-focused principles. I aim to create a safe, reflective space where you can bring the whole of yourself - client issues that feel complex, moments of doubt or uncertainty, ethical dilemmas, risk concerns, or simply the emotional impact of the work.Together, we can explore your clinical decision-making, deepen your reflective capacity, and develop your confidence. I am available free of charge between supervision sessions for consultation on pressing ethical or safeguarding concerns, ensuring ongoing support as you navigate your practice.NEW Collective Empathy Group Therapy. Starting on Thursday, 23rd April 2026, a safe, online group therapy space for women who want to nurture their emotional well-being and mental health. In a compassionate, confidential space, we meet weekly for 1.5 hours for counselling, psychoeducation, guided discussions, and sharing experiences such as relationships, attachment styles, self-esteem, identity, and much more. Whether you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or just need connection, this group offers understanding, warmth, and practical tools to feel heard and supported. Small and intimate, Collective Empathy helps women feel less alone, build emotional resilience, and strengthen their relationships - a gentle welcoming space to grow and be seen. The first session is FREE, then if you'd like to continue weekly sessions it's £25 per month (incl. 4 weekly sessions, optional private FB group and WhatsApp group chat for ongoing support).
